Terms of service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Hailo Gather ("we", "us") is a reflective intelligence service that helps church leaders quietly understand the communities they serve. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
We gather public, aggregated community data and turn it into weekly reflections, mission-zone summaries, and gentle alerts. The service is a companion for pastoral discernment - not a substitute for it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials safe, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
Please use Hailo Gather to serve your community in good faith. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, re-sell the briefings, or use it to identify or target individuals.
5. Data and content
Our briefings are derived from public datasets and are provided "as is". They are intended to inform, not to instruct. We do not guarantee that any figure or reflection is free from error, and decisions you take based on them remain your own.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or retire features as the product matures. If a change materially reduces what you've paid for, we'll let you know in advance.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hailo Gather is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
9. Getting in touch
